Pocket Art Project - Zurich 14/05/2012
Si
tratta di un interessante iniziativa di arte urbana che si realizzerà i primi
giorni di Maggio a Zurigo, dopo il grande successo ottenuto a Londra nei giorni
di Frieze, a Torino parallelamente agli eventi di Artissima e durante la
Biennale di Venezia 2011.
L’intervento
si svolgerà nella città Svizzera, sul ponte Quaibrücke, visibile nella
giornata del 14 Maggio 2012.
“Pocket”
è un piccolo contenitore trasparente, posto nello spazio pubblico, contenente
polvere dorata, che lentamente si diffonde sul territorio circostante.
La
polvere dorata fuoriuscendo dal contenitori contamina lo spazio, realizzando
una lieve variazione visiva del luogo circostante.
Un
piccolo cambiamento, una impalpabile velatura che brilla d’oro ricoprirà o
contaminerà alcune cose.
Come
una clessidra che segna un tempo casuale, una percezione e rivalutazione
poetica del luogo urbano.
Il
progetto artistico si svilupperà nei prossimi anni realizzando in tal modo una
rete di percorsi e luoghi che l’artista ama e frequenta saranno contaminati
dalla preziosa polvere.
Ogni
evento sarà registrato e documentato, tutto il materiale troverà forma in un
catalogo ideato dal curatore Tarcisio Dutto e sarà anche inserito nel sito
web

P.H2O ARTE is pleased to announce the performance “Pocket”, Domenico Olivero’s new urban art project at Paris in September 2011.
“Pocket” is a transparent plastic pocket, left in public spaces, inside which there is gold dust.
This gold dust slowing blows away from the pocket and contaminates the space behind.
A poetic art which encourages thinking about urban places and evolving time.
This public art urban project “Pocket” will be situated in many places in different cities in Europe, the first in London, after in Torino, Venice and now in Paris, followed by Berlin, Nice ...
This action art will be continued for years to come.
The next action art will be in Paris in September, 10 of 2011 in the Jardin de Palais Royal, in the heart of Paris.
Each of these artistic events will be documented in photo and on video and placed on a website.
A numbered catalogue by critic Tarcisio Dutto will be produced.

P.H2O ARTE è lieta di annunciare la nuova performance “Pocket” dell’artista italiano Domenico Olivero.
Si tratta di un interessante progetto di arte urbana che si realizzerà nel centro di Parigi, dopo essersi realizzata nel cuore di Londra nei giorni di Frieze, a Torino in contemporanea con Artissima e a Venezia nei giorni della Biennale.
“Pocket” è un piccolo contenitore trasparente, posto nello spazio pubblico, contenente polvere dorata, che lentamente si diffonde sul territorio circostante.
La polvere dorata fuoriuscendo dal contenitori contamina lo spazio, realizzando una lieve variazione visiva del luogo circostante.
